Bruce Ginsberg knows ice cream. How it's made, how it's packaged and shipped, how it's sold, and most importantly, why
people love it so much. Ginsberg has more than 20 years executive management experience in ice cream industry sales,
marketing, logistics and procurement under his belt. During the 1980s, Ginsberg expanded a small family-run business
into one of the largest and most successful independently owned ice cream distributorships in the world.
He later merged International Ice Cream Corporation with New England Frozen Foods, and established a frozen food
and frozen dessert distribution company with sales totaling $240 million. Ginsberg negotiated the sale of
the combined company then in 1999 founded an innovative, rapid growth and profitable ice cream machine vending
and distribution company, New England Ice Cream.
Ginsberg was tapped to put his diverse experience to use in 2001 when he helped launch MooBella. Under his dynamic
leadership, the company developed a revolutionary machine featuring innovative, patented technologies that produce
great tasting ice cream made fresh to order. In his role as President of MooBella, Ginsberg is implementing a
wide-ranging business model for growth and expansion that will guide the company well into the future from its
regional trials to a global entity.
Oh…one other thing…he really really loves the taste of ice cream. His favorite flavor is the latest creation by the food scientists in the MooBella labs, which he just can't wait to share with the marketplace.
Paul Kateman Founder
MooBella is the brainchild of Paul Kateman, who put his significant business experience, project management skills and creative approach to problem solving to work when he conceptualized MooBella's technology and original business model. Prior to founding MooBella, Kateman's long and successful career focused primarily on real estate investment, development and management. Kateman earned his B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. He is partial to Moobella's low-fat ice cream in maple with walnuts.
